Food & Drinking PolicyÂ
No alcohol can be brought into the stadium for International and Vitality Blast Fixtures; however, a maximum of 4 cans of beer or equivalent or 70cl of wine is allowed for Royal London One-Day Cup & Specsavers County Championship fixtures. Smoking inside the stadium is prohibited; however, smoking zones are located to the east and west entrances to the main Pavilions and around the berm away from the arena seatings.
Electronic gadgets, including mobile phones or tablets, are permitted subject to personal use, any match communication, transmission recording, and images are strictly prohibited and are subject to ejection or arrest. Dogs are not permitted in the ground, except hearing dogs for the deaf or dogs accompanying blind persons.
Tickets Policy
The ticket policy for all matches according to the Rose Bowl Ground Fixture will remain the same however some special things especially on ICC events. There is no refund policy except adverse weather conditions (Raincheck Policy), as tickets purchase are confirmed bookings and under the terms and conditions of sales. A booking fee of £1.50 is only applicable for each ticket for the International fixture at The Rose Bowl Cricket Stadium, for tickets confirmation over the phone or purchased online.
Tickets purchase three days before matchday are subject to be collected from the Ageas Bowl Ticket office. Otherwise, tickets are dispatched 14 days before the date of the fixture. This applies to all international or domestic fixtures at Hampshire Cricket Stadium. Tickets can also be collected from the Rose Bowl Cricket Stadium ticket office on matchday.
Refund Policy
100% Refund; For One Day International if the play is restricted or stopped due to adverse weather conditions and no results obtained, for 15 overs or a less full refund will be available.
50% Refund; Play from 15.1 overs to 29.5 overs if stopped or restricted due to adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained-50% refund can be availed. In no other circumstances can the money be refunded.
Lost tickets can be replaced or re-printed subject to £5.00 per ticket administrative charge, original purchaser all information will be requested for identification in advance.
