Tickets Policy

According to the policy of Gloucestershire County Cricket Club Ltd (GCCC), the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) tickets are neither transferable nor for resell, any agency or individual is suspected of intending to re-sell tickets will be subject to arrested or ejected. Bristol County Cricket Club is entitled to make 100% or 50% of ticket value subject to adverse weather conditions. Full refund in case of 15 Overs or Less, 50% Refund in case of 15.1 overs to 29.5 overs. In no other circumstances can the money be refunded.

Bristol County Ground will make a full refund if due to adverse weather conditions, no result is obtained or 9.5 overs or less of the only or last match of the day. In no other circumstances can the money be refunded. All cards will be sent to the applicant address and will cost an additional £1.50 administration fee if tickets booked over the telephone and online. Payments can be made using MasterCard or Visa Cards.

Gloucestershire County Cricket Club will charge an additional £5 as an administration fee for any replacement tickets or car parking passes. Juniors under-16 years of age are subject to accompanied by family members. Gloucestershire County Cricket Club reserves the right to ban smoking in all seated areas during high attendance matches, and smoking is not permitted in the Stands for International Matches and GCCC.

Electronic gadgets, including cameras, mobile phones, computers for recording transmission or communication of match details, statistics, or images, are not permitted other than accredited.

Gloucestershire County Cricket Club is located in Bristol to the north of the City Centre. The Bristol Cricket Stadium easily accessed by M4 and M5. Parking; Spectators are highly recommended to use public transport. However, limited parking may be available in the City of Bristol College car park, off Ashley Down Road.

Only Premier Club members or blue badge holders can avail the opportunity of car parking on a first-come, first-served basis. They cannot be guaranteed via the Nevil Road entrance of The Brightside Ground. By Bus, The Brightside Ground is accessible by bus Services 71, 72, 73, 75, 76, T2 nearby Gloucester Road, Service 17 by Muller Road, and Service 70 by Ashley Down Road. By Train, Cheltenham Spa Station is just 1 mile away from Brightside Ground.
