Isuru Udana is a Sri Lankan international cricketer who has represented his national side in ODI and T20 ICC formats. Udana is a right-handed batting all-rounder and the left-arm medium-fast bowler who has primarily was a left-arm pacer. He currently owns the highest T20I runs in the 8th position. He has played his List A cricket for Sri Lanka A team during SL Team A tour of South Africa in August-September 20008. In April 2019, he was named in Sri Lanka’s squad for the ICC 2019 Cricket World Cup.

Udana as all-rounder showed his talent when he helped Wayamba United against Uva Next in the semi-final of Sri Lanka Premier League to pull off an impossible chase from 27/7 to 151-8. He formed a highest-ever 8th wicket partnership of 120 runs in T20 during Sri Lanka Premier League 2012, with Azhar Mahmood. He is the leading wicket-taker for the Kandy with 10 wickets in six matches in the 2018 Super Provincial One Day Tournament.

Udana is the leading wicket-taker in the Afghanistan Premier League with 17 dismissals in eight matches during APL 2018-19 edition. Isuru was named in the Global T20 Canada tournament first edition to play for Montreal Tigers in June 2018. Udana became first to take a hat-trick in 2010 Champions League T20 history for Wayamba United. He has played for Rajshahi Kings in the Bangladesh Premier League for BPL 2019.
