Bangladesh Tour of Pakistan 2020 - Test, ODI & T20 Series

`Finally, the wait is over as Pakistan vs Bangladesh T20 Series schedule to start on 24th January 2020. Pakistan Cricket Board and Bangladesh Cricket Board worked really hard to get things on board. Cricket excitement at its peak as Bangladesh tour of Pakistan 2020 for single 3 T20, ODI and 2 test matches announced recently.  Bangladesh agreed to play a scheduled cricket series with Pakistan that is divided into three-phase. 

The three phases of the tournament to make its start from February 24, 2020. With the 1st T20I between both teams. Bangladesh tour of Pakistan 2020 scheduled in three different phases and the first phase, Bangladesh will play all three T20 International at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore. The first T20 Pak vs Bangladesh scheduled on 24th January 2020 followed by the second T20 on 25th January. The 3rd and final T20I scheduled on February 27, 2020, at the same venue. 

The second phase of the Bangladesh tour of Pakistan 2020 will begin in February. A single test match scheduled on 7th February at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. In the third phase of Bangladesh will play single the second test of the two-match series. The match planned in April at National Stadium Karachi. Before the second test between both teams a single ODI to be contested on April 3, 2020.

The tour divided into three different phases as the PSL 5 season scheduled to start from 20 February 2020. After completing the first tour of 3 T20 International. Bangladesh will return to their home and will back in the second week of February. Both Test matches between teams are part of the ICC Test Championship. Last time in 2017 both teams were head to head for three T20I when Bangladesh defeated Pakistan with 3-0 series.

Pakistan Squad against Bangladesh 2020

Pakistan Squad against Bangladesh 2020 announced by the Pakistan cricket board last week. PCB  brought back to experience batsman top of the order Mohammad Hafeez and Shoaib Malik. Both have the most number of runs for their National side.

Pakistan has brought back the Big Bash League hattrick grabber Haris Rauf and the pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi to their squad.  Harish Rao has got the maiden call to make his debut in the T20 International per Pakistan cricket team ahead of Bangladesh tour of Pakistan 2020. 

Number 1 T20 batsman of the world, Babar Azam will be captain of Pakistan cricket team against Bangladesh 3 T20 International series. The head coach at the chief selector of Pakistan cricket team, Misbah Ul Haq announced the 15 men Squad including debutant players ahead of the tournament.

Pakistan squad against Bangladesh consists of the youngsters, except for the three or four experience batsman top of the order. Khushi Shah, Musa Khan,  Usman Qadir, and Mohammed Hasnain have played a few matches in their limited over cricket career.

Haris Rauf and Ahsan Ali debutant player in the Pakistan squad against Bangladesh. Both are the uncapped players who have achieved remarkable starts in its last six months in limited over cricket. Haris Rauf earned the first call to play for his country far is brilliant bowling in the recent KFC T20 Big Bash League. 

Fakhar, Imam and Haris Dropped

Misbah Ul Haq has dropped the experienced pacers Mohammad Amir and Wahab Riaz for the upcoming T20 series against Bangladesh. Pakistan team squad has the most number of changes as compared to Bangladesh as Imam Ul Haq Haris Sohail Fakhar Zaman,  Mohammad Irfan and Asif Ali or text from the team. 

Ahsan Ali got the first call from Pakistan cricket board ahead of Bangladesh tour of Pakistan. Asin has played the last season of Pakistan Super League and has not appeared in any format of international cricket so far.

Bangladesh squad against Pakistan head of 3 T20 International series. The domestic Bangladesh Premier League is on its final stage and once it finished the cricket board will announce their T20 squad for Pakistan.

Mushfiqur Rahim of opted not to tour Pakistan for The Limited over cricket due to his unavailability. He currently leading Khulna Tigers in the Bangladesh Premier League and the the the key player in the squad.

Pakistan Cricket Schedule 2020: The three T20 matches between Pakistan and Bangladesh at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore scheduled to start at 7:30 PM Pakistan Standard Time. Match Time Table: 07:00 PM IST, 06:30 PM Local, 01:30 PM GMT

The first test of the tour schedule at Rawalpindi cricket stadium and will begin at 9:30 AM PST. The only one day international and second test match between Pakistan and Bangladesh scheduled at National Stadium Karachi at 9:30 a.m. PST.

All games of the schedule will be live broadcasted by Pakistan television PTV and Gazi TV in Bangladesh.
