Bhuvneshwar Kumar Singh is commonly known as B Kumar or Bhuvi. He is bowling all-rounder, right-arm medium-fast bowler, and right-handed batsman. Kumar is the best bowler for the Indian side who efficiently bowls inswing, out-swing and outswing. B Kumar was born on February 5, 1990, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. B Kumar has represented India National Cricket Team in all formats of International Cricket.
Bhuvneshwar plays his domestic first-class cricket and List A cricket for Uttar Pradesh. In the Indian Premier League, he represents Sunrisers Hyderabad. Kumar is the first Indian bowler to claim his maiden 5-wicket haul in all formats of International Cricket. Kumar became the first bowler to dismiss little master Sachin Tendulkar for a duck, in first-class cricket during Ranji Trophy final during season 2008/09.
A fantastic bowling all-rounder who played 21 Test matches and grabbed 63 wickets. He grabbed 132 wickets in 114 matches with his best bowling stats and match-winning performances. His first-class and List A cricket career is something outstanding so far. Bhuvneshwar Kumar has been regularly part of the Indian team squad in all three formats. He played 154 List A and 70 First-class games.
His outstanding IPL stats for Sunrisers Hyderabad as he captained the side as well. He is the only Indian bowler to pick up a wicket on his very first which he bowled on his debut in all formats of International Cricket, Test, ODI and T20I. In January 2019, in the first ODI against Australia, Kumar took his 100th wicket in ODIs.
He played 172 Twenty20 games including his IPL career and grabbed 182 wickets. Kumar has good hands with the bat witnessed several times. He has a single half-century including his highest innings of 53* undefeated in ODI. Kumar has 218 wickets in just 70 first-class games with a single century and fourteen half-centuries.
