Mohammad Hasnain is a right-arm fast bowler and a right-hand batsman. Husnain made his One Day International debut against Australia for Pakistan Cricket Team on 24 March 2019. He made his first-class cricket debut for Pakistan Television on September 1, 2019, in the 2018–19 Quaid-e-Azam Trophy. Husnain has two role models for his pace and accuracy whom he named Shoaib Akhtar, Mohammad Sami, and Waqar Younis.
He admires New Zealand bowler Adam Milne and wishes to meet him someday. Husnain got selected for the upcoming Cricket World Cup for his pace and accuracy. He hopes to deliver his best. Husnain made his debut in Pakistan Super League for Quetta Gladiators on February 27, 2019. He took 3/30 as his best bowling figure during PSL final match against Peshawar Zalmi and named as man-of-the-match for his outstanding bowling performance.
He has just played 3 international games so far however according to Pakistan cricket team chief selector Inzamam-ul-Haq, Husnain is neither pressurized nor feeling mega-event heat. Hasnain was included in Pakistan’s squad for the mega event and has been favored over Mohammad Amir and Usman Khan Shinwari. He picked up 12 wickets in 7 games with an average of 17.58 during his first PSL edition.
Hasnain has been outstanding in the most recent edition of the Pakistan Super League 2020 edition. He represented his franchise Quetta Gladiators the champion of the last season. Quetta Gladiators didn’t qualify in the playoffs after taking 2nd last position on the PSL points table.
The 19-Years old inexperienced Mohammad Hussain has been included in the world cup squad due to his sheer pace and speed. He was noted for his pace and accuracy during his 2019 PSL debutant season when bowled 151 kph. In April 2019, he was named in Pakistan’s squad for the 2019 Cricket World Cup.
