WBBL Fixtures 2020 – Women’s Big Bash League Schedule 2020

The Women’s Big Bash League fixture has been announced with eight teams in the battle for the glory of the 6th edition. WBBL 2020 Fixture will be the second edition to be hosted as a stand-alone event. The opening game of the season will begin with the clash between Sydney Thunders and Sydney Sixers on October 18. The fantastic game of the WBBL 6th edition will kick-off from North Sydney Oval and begin at 07:40 PM.

The tournament consists of great players traveling across the country with a few additions from the rest of the world. As of BBL 9 last year, specialist batsmen, bowlers, and all-rounders to join different teams competing in this great contest. The tournament will begin with the “festival style” – opening ceremony at North Sydney Oval ground. Cricket fans to enjoy the grand opening of WBBL Fixtures 2020 with traditional style celebration.

A total number of eight teams will participate in the upcoming season as we have for Men’s BBL. Brisbane Heat is the current champion of Women’s Big Bash League with their two titles. From the total five WBBL editions Brisbane Heat and Sydney Sixers have won two titles for each. In the WBBL 5, Brisbane Heat beat Adelaide Strikers and won the second title. Ellyse Perry is the leading run-score with 2612 in the last five editions.

A total number of 59 games scheduled for the WBBL Fixtures 2020 between eight teams. All games will be broadcasted by Fox Sports and Channel in the local territories. Most importantly both semi-finals of the Women’s Big Bash League 2020 scheduled on 7th December 2020. The WBBL Final to be played on 8th December at Allen Border Field Ground and to begin at 02:40 PM local time.
