Sarfraz Ahmed (سرفراز احمد ) who is the current skipper of the Pakistan Cricket Team in all 3 formats of the games and is a wicket-keeper-batsman who plays international cricket for Pakistan.
He replaced Azhar Ali as Pakistan One Day International captain following the 2016 ICC T20 Cricket World Cup in India. Sarfraz replaced Misbah-ul-Haq and became Pakistan 32nd Test Team Captain.

He became part of Pakistan Squad for Cricket World Cup 2015, he got a chance in the 5th match of the event against South Africa where he scored 49 runs of 49 balls and took 6 catches in the same match and leveled world record as wicket-keeper for most dismissals in a single match.
He also equaled Adam Gilchrist’s record for most dismissals as a wicket-keeper in a single World Cup innings by dismissing 6 batsmen.
Under his captaincy, Pakistan became champions by winning ICC Champions Trophy in June 2017. Sarfraz Ahmed became the youngest cricketer to be awarded the Sitara-i-Imtiaz in March 2018.
Pakistan Super League
Sarfraz represented Quetta Gladiators as skipper during all Pakistan Super League season since 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.
His team struggled through all PSL season to won the title but due to the absence of major squad in the knockout stage, they didn’t win the title.
His team Quetta Gladiators won the title for the first time in the fourth season of Pakistan Super League 2019.

Sarfraz Ahmed replace Kamran Akmal as a wicket-keeper batsman when he made his One Day International debut for Pakistan in November 2007 against India.
In Sarfraz captaincy, Pakistan won ICC U-19 World Cup in 2006 and defeated India in the final in a low-scoring encounter.
Sarfraz Ahmed captained Bengal Tigers during the inaugural edition of the T10 League in UAE.
