Jonny Bairstow is an English Cricketer. Jonathan Marc “Jonny” Bairstow is the full name, Jonny Bairstow. He was born on September 26, 1989, Bradford, West Yorkshire, England. Bairstow is right-handed, middle-order wicket-keeper batsman and usually play at the 3rd wicket for English Team. Jonny made debut in County Championship for Yorkshire against Sussex during the season 2008 and ended the season with 61.60 averages. He made his first-class debut for Yorkshire 2009.

Bairstow made his debut in first-class cricket for Yorkshire against Somerset on June 11, 2009, at Leads. He made his debut for List A debut for Worcestershire against Yorkshire on July 15, 2009, at Worcester. He is the only English batsman and 3rd internationally to hold the highest 9 dismissals twice as a wicketkeeper in the test match against Sri Lanka in May 2016. Bairstow holds another world record of most dismissals (70) by any wicketkeeper in a calendar year.

He scored 1470 runs during a single calendar year as a wicketkeeper-batsman and surpassed Matt Prior (England) and Andy Flower (Zimbabwe) record of scoring 1000 runs. Bairstow didn’t make his debut for KFC Big Bash League, Indian Premier League, Caribbean League, Mzansi Super League.  He made his debut for Peshawar Zalmi during the inaugural edition of Pakistan Super League during PSL 2016 and retained by the same franchise until PSL 2018.
